I have been working at HealthSmart

    Pros

The only thing I can think of is holidays include Thurs./Fri. for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Day. PTO mediocre overall.

    Cons

Clueless management that resorts to using scare tactics. No training programs. Lack of quality; focused on quantity only. No appreciation for employees. Unrealistic evaluations and expectations. Everyone in management is a "V.P." - but who knows what they do?? Pay is quite low considering job requirements. Extremely high turn-over of staff. There is no 401K match. Benefits are very high compared to other companies in industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop acquiring businesses until you get the ones you already have under control. Realize the need to train employees when you are completely doing an upheaval to their current job descriptions. Value your employees! Training programs and showing appreciation to staff / attempting to retain them is much more cost-effective than continuing current ways that result in high staff turn-over.
