Great patient outcomes, rehab is a very rewarding field.

Cons

Very poor communication from the corporate office to the field. Hospitals are micromanaged from corporate headquarters in Birmingham and local CEO's have almost no decision making ability.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire CEO's who are capable of running their hospitals and then let them. Clinical projects are developed without the input of field level employees who know how things work in the real world, you might get their opinion before spending money to develop programs that don't work.
