HealthSouth Registered Nurse in Worcester, MA: (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Professional staff is very patient oriented and dedicated. Excellent equipment and new technology. Supportive senior management in most areaas except pay and benefits.

Cons

Pay versus other Worcester hospitals is lower. Benefits not as complete as acute hospitals in the city

Advice to Senior Management

Comparable pay and benefits to other Worcester hospitals would have allowed me to stay at Fairlawn for another 10 years, but I'm able to earn so much more at another Worcester hospital as an RN
