    Pros

    The environment is quiet and the work load is not heavy. You get your own desk and a semi-comfortable break room.

    Cons

    Supervisors have preferences when it comes to employees. Although everyone has their own desk, privacy is not enforced well. Awards are chosen randomly, and the people that do a good job but aren't well known with the supervisors do not get recognized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More flexible scheduling, enforce respect for privacy and personal belongings, bigger break area, more opportunity to get recognized for a job well done.

    Pros

    The original cast was potentially great, but the remakes were so ridiculously subpar in execution that it makes me physically ill to think about it.

    Cons

    Salaries were not competitive for most lower level positions and the stock options have remained worthless for the entire run of the company. Options were used as salary incentives when they should have simply paid people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give up. You were doomed when you started hiring people who had no web experience to manage multimedia. Then when that failed for you, you scrapped all the people who actually knew how to do things and played doctor with a bleeding infrastructure. You stock will never match the opening days.
