    Leadership is caring about the employees. They work hard to provide a great work culture.

    New CEO has created a better environment than previous owner/CEO

    Cons

    In their caring they let deadbeats stay on too long. Unfortunately their are humans that take advantage of great employers and can suck the energy out from a company.

    Be quicker to can those who don't follow the rules

    I worked at Healthcare Resource Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Schedule was somewhat flexible and the nature of the business meant that you could potentially be moved to different projects regularly, allowing for professional development opportunities. The company invested a lot of time and money into teambuilding exercises and committees such as health and wellness.

    Cons

    Inappropriate jokes and all around unprofessional behavior was common throughout management. Favortism determined annual raises and promotions more than actual performance in most departments. High turnover rate. Very political work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reconsider the performance of management at every level and look at the patterns. Those departments with high turnover and rumors of leadership playing favorites are telling you something.
