Healthcare Services – “YOU THINK YOUR JOB IS BAD?”
Pros
The ability to get time off when truly needed can be fairly easy. However everything you needed to do will go undone until you get back so cannot go away for long.
Cons
There is no HR department, The responsibility is on the District and Regional manager who are always very close. If you call the Copoerate office to speak to HR they will give you to any random person from accounts payable to benefits then he or she will just end up calling the Regional Manager.
All of your employess start at minimum wage and there is very close to no chance of ever getting a raise. It is not uncommon for an employee of three years or more to get turned down for a raise.
They have benefits but to get medical insurance for me a healthy 25 yr old it would cost over $500 /month.
Advice to Senior Management
Go to College!
This company is proof that only hiring from within is not always a good option.
