meet many kind residents in the facility.

Cons

the pay promised never happens. the starting pay is around 22,000 for women and 25,000 for men. There is no real training program to speak of or any real managenet support i worked for a facility in wilmington for 1 year before i resigned and moved away . started at 25000 should have been at 34,000 by that time as promised when hired but did not happen. promotion form within is not great. most pass up promotion and they just go down a list untill someone takes the job. not much chance for growth ,

Advice to Senior Management

the comany is very shady there is no HR department and there is no phone number to call the main office if you need something. there needs to be a major overhall of the way you do business and they way you business is thought of in the market.
