Current Employee – been working at Healthways full-time for less than a year

Pros – able to work from my home office, autonomy

Cons – Terrible health benefits -worst in my 20 year career

Advice to Senior Management – Fix your health benefit benefit package if you want to retain staff otherwise the high deductible co-insurance program is simply not affordable insurance for families.
