Former Employee - Editorial Intern in New York, NY

    Pros

    Younger staff members are approachable.

    Cons

No one cares about interns and giving them a real intern experience. Anyone above an editorial assistant will walk right pass you even though you see them everyday, working in the same department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become more involved. Don't place running the interns solely on people not even two years out of college.

    Approves of CEO
