    Pros

The company treats employees fairly. Pays well with above average benefits. Gets employees involved and keeps them in the loop. When eliminating positions, does their best to find another job in the company. Excellent wellness programs for employees.

    Cons

Some of the people in positions of authority are just impossible to work for. Human Resources is woefully ineffective, at least for internal customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Selectively prune ineffective and abusive managers.

They work what they can get out of you, for the least amount of money, then toss you out like trash.

    Pros

My coworkers created a very supportive environment.

    Cons

Micromanaging officers are given the power to do whatever they want, without question or accountability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

List to employee surveys. If an officer gets repeated low scores, it's for a reason and shold be investigated.
