I have been working at Heartland Payment Systems full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

flexibility of working from home, making your own schedule, ability to build relationships, if you are one of the "chosen ones" and you are in the BRO club then your oppurtunites are endless and the ability to make a decent living is easily attainable, if you are good at backstabbing and climbing up the corp ladder on your coworkers backs this place is for you!

    Cons

constant change in pay and structure, manipulation of residual income to be sold at CEO discretion, dirty politics, poor training, no fair working ethics, hr dept will manipulate any claim to protect their managers, not a legal and fair work environment, hr person of 12+ years was wrongfully terminated because she told executives tehy could not do what they were doing, she won her suit it was settled out of court, you decide for yourself what that says

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

learn to watch your management closer and ensure fair employment it will cost you in the long run,
