“Do you really want to work here?? Think again!”
Former Employee – worked at Heat Transfer Research
Pros – Nothing except lucrative salary/benefits and reasonable quality work. Most of the ex-employees will agree with me. I am surprised that no-one else wrote a review yet!!!
Cons – Almost everything: workplace environment, management, location, respect from management.
Advice to Senior Management – Sr. Management should show some respect to their employees. Management should be honest and respectful to their employees. I can recall many times when one or more of the officers (Sr. Management personnel) were dishonest/untrustworthy/disrespectful.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
