Great!

Current Employee – been working at Heinz

ProsIt is a really nice place to work. There are many growth opportunities; the compensation is good and many training/education opportunities as well. If you want to work for a big company, I would recommend Heinz. I took advantage of the flexible work arraignment program they introduced a year ago and now I work from home one day a week.

ConsComing from a small company to Heinz I was shocked at how many “systems” were in place. You can’t just do your work without using a system, having a meeting with various other people, etc… I’m in product development and it took 4 years from bench top development to the product being on store shelves. I understand that is necessary for a huge company to have ALL of its research in place before launching a product, but in my entire 4 years here I feel like I’ve only accomplished one thing. Heinz is like a huge ship. The little people are necessary, but can’t really influence the direction of the ship.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
