Pros

You can take off any time you want because nobody seems to notice ar care if you're there or not

Cons

Zero communication, quite a revolving door of employees, nothing ever gets accomplished, way too much corporate bs (like being in the movie Office Space), you won't even get hired on with benefits let alone advance unless you are a male with a masters degree. You will absolutely lose your mind from boredom. No leadership whatsoever. I would only recommend this company to someone who wants to get paid to do nothing.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop luring people in through a temp agency and promising to hire them on in 6 months when you know for a fact that you won't do it for years if you ever do hire them. Spend a little time seeing how people actually spend their day and see how bored and unmotivated they are. A little direction would benefit everyone.
