I worked at Henkel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the work and the products. They paid fairly and had good bonuses.

    Cons

The biggest downside was that approval was required for everything from Henkel Germany.

    Advice to Management

Henkel Germany should allow the US Marketers to do what they do best; and that is Marketing to the American public. Doing otherwise will only result in failed launches since the German Management team does not understand the nauances of Marketing in America.

  2. Good Company, sometimes too big!

    Good compensation and benefits package

    Cons

SBU's are all disconnected. No one knows what the other is doing.
