I have been working at Henry M. Jackson Foundation

Pros

The benefits are good, the labs are well equipped, there is work schedule flexibility and not much competition. Some of the research topics are definitely interesting.

Cons

A lot of office politics, lack of communication, poor management (but there are few exceptions ), salaries frozen, pending budget cuts.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open the dialogue with the employees, communicate clearly what are the duties and the expectations, discuss openly the job related issues.

    fiendly staff, easy work i think it is a fun place to work but sometimes there's a lot of work

    Cons

    low pay small company low benefits high turnover and such things happen in these times lay offs eventually okay company
