I have been working at Henry Schein full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Managers are good people who actually care versus the usual cut-throat execs of other large companies. Employees are friendly, intelligent and in it for the long haul. You can pretty much chart your own course and pick what team you want to go to.

    Cons

Limited health benefits, moderate pay just on the edge of good enough but some great people leave due to salary limitations. While success is applauded it can sometimes take a while to move up a level in your field.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be slightly more generous on raises and people will be able to ride out the difficult parts of life a little easier and stay with a company they care about. Job titles are at least one rung lower than they are in comparable companies.
