I have been working at Henry Wurst full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Worked through the tough times, a survivor in the printing industry, good people to work with, small enought that you don't get lost in the shuffle but big enough that you have opportunities to learn and grow

    Cons

It's been a tough industry but seems to be turning around with the economy. Some negative people here who expect sunshine and rainbows everyday at work. It's work. Do your best and don't be a complainer

I have been working at Henry Wurst full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has always been fair to me. I have worked here for over 15 years. Many of our employees have worked over 25 to 30 years. A company does not keep employees unless they are fair and equitable. Those that have complained were just not good and no doubt are not complaining about their new employer. I have held various positions in those years and have always had the opportunity to move up when I did a good job.

    Cons

The printing industry has been very challenged in the last five years. The move away from print and to electronic media has hurt many printers, and many have gone out of business. In order to stay viable the company has had to make some very tough decisions to downsize and unload not productive people. This is the unfortunate circumstance of an industry that has matured.
