I have been working at Hensel Phelps Construction

Pros

Free cold beer is readily available because they bribe you with it. You better be ready to keep up cause they won't stop.

Cons

Too many hours and they have a tendency to turn you into a drunk or your not cool. I got two DUI's already.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to incorporate a balance between work life and home life. The higher ups need to relax on their profit desires and spread the wealth.
