    Great Technology
    Fast paced environment
    Great learning opportunities
    Extremely flexible working environment
    Very talented co workers
    company is growing at a great pace.

    Long working hours all throughout the year.
    Too many politics with consultants unwilling to part with knowledge and having too much control.

    Better management is required to prevent burn out of employees.
    Management should boost employee morale by providing good growth opportunities for deserving employees.

    Unpolished managers
    Lack of structure for promotions
    Pyramid Scheme Stigma
    Sweat Shop atmosphere
    Everyone still uses out-dated software (MS Office 2003)

    Pay close attention to the which departments have unusually high levels of turnover and address the issues head on. Add clarity to the promotion process.
