The company produces a good quality product with an unparalleled on time delivery.
Cons
The biggest downside is the company's absolute intolerance for any opposing viewpoint. If you want to work for 60 plus hours a week and keep your nose down, exhibit no passion for what you do, then this is the place for you. If you have an opposing opinion, keep it to yourself if you want to climb this particular corporate ladder.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop trying to put the message out that you want employees to voice their opinions when you want anything but that.
