“I would not recommend others to work for company”
Former Employee – worked at Hersha Hospitality
Pros – numerous hotels available. benefits available. health insurance.
Cons – revolving door, no job security, don't treat employees well
Advice to Senior Management – treat your people right and inturn they will prodce for you
