Hershey – “sweet place to work”

Pros

The people. Hersheys does a nice job of hiring people with high values and integrity. You feel you are valued in this company and you have a direct result of the success of the company.

Cons

International opportunitites would be a downside.
work-life balance would be a downside as well. it is not a significant downside but it is not your average 9-5.
