Good brands. Benefits are oK
Cons
Work life balance is way off. They expect you to work 60+ hours a week. The monitor all your time on the clock but they don't pay you for all the time you work off.
They call the job a 'sales representative' which is a joke. 90% of your job is merhcandising. 10% is selling space for corporately sold promotions.
Not very fulfilling job if you love sales.
Advice to Senior Management
Promote people who are deserving. Give credit where credit is due.

I am not sure what you expected, but merchandising properly creates sales. It is a part of all retail environments. Remember that you are trying to create sales by merchandising your product properly. Getting the space is a minor proportion of creating sales. Merchandising that space properly is going to attract customers. Door-to-door sales is another story.
