    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It's a job, they will keep you employed and busy. You learn the correct way to deal with people and handle pressure situations and resolve conflicts. A lot of responsibility is given to entry level employees and how that is handled is up to you.

    Cons

The job has zero balance of work and life, always work 6 days a week with many 7 day weeks thrown in for good fun. The pay is beyond bad, you get to dress like a professional to make slightly more than the guy at the McDonald's . The only real care is your selling regardless of your management skills, customer satisfaction or commitment to the job selling is the only thing that will keep you around.

    Advice to Management

Hire people at a decent wage, sell your product at the correct price and don't solely rely on human costs to achieve profits this prevent ridiculously high job turnover , employee dissatisfaction and total reliance on add on sales in a weak economy.
