Good Pay for Full and Part time employees
Vacation & Sick Time is good
Weekly Pay and

Cons – Poor Management Communication with their employees
Too strict on not so great procedures for sales
Not enough direct supervision
Long hours and heavy work
Not enough employees to hold up the locations

Advice to Senior Management – If I could say one thing to management, it would be: "Please listen to your employees. When we tell you something is wrong, something is usually wrong!"
