Pros

-good place to get experience, especially if it's your first job after college -ability to drive brand new cars every day -paid sick days, vacation, medical insurance -mostly good people to work with (co-workers) -a lot of training to make sure you're best sales person

Cons

- poor management (a lot of managers don't know stuff, their promotion's only based on sales numbers) -they were firing people with previous sales programm ( but they changed it recently). You need to meet sales standards every month, and if you don't they'll give you write-up, up to 3 and you're fired. For the last 3 month they lost about 10-20 people only in one area. -looong hours (mostly from 7 to 6pm)

    Pros

    The company has great benefits. It is a great learning experience because you encounter a lot of different situations. You get a lot of hours.

    Cons

    The pay is not all that great. At times you get TOO many hours. Same thing everyday for the most part.

    Advice to Management

    Raise the pay so you can keep you best employees. They end up leaving to work for the "other guys."

    Pros

    1. Free car and gas. 2. Local Management, expecially Steve. 3. Great employees. 4. Good Pay 5. Good benefits. 6. Good Bonuses. 7. Ongoing training. 8. Mostly good customers.

    Cons

    Could be overwhelming at times. Especially when relying on the airlines to get customers in on time. Customers are often irritated before they even arrive.

    Advice to Management

    Senior management could allow local managers a little more independence with fleet, staff and various other initiatives. Reduce number of conference calls to allow local management to run their locations.
