I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

-Good experience if you're fresh out of College.
    -Good Health Benefits.
-Opportunity for Advancement if you're willing to move.
    -Potential for bonus payouts.
    -Paid vacation and personal days.

    Cons

    -Long hours
    -Low pay
    -Almost always short staffed
-Management doesn't seem to want to help you advance, only interested in sales numbers.
-Washing cars in non-climate controlled facility year round in business attire.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the people you have, rather then the numbers being produced. This company is quick to take good, honest, and hard working people, and burn them to the ground. Properly staff branches, get vehicles available, and train your human assets,

    Negative Outlook
