    Pros

    Good brand name and nice benefits package. Additional incentives for employees and their family and friends to rent car from Hertz :)

    Cons

    Too political environment. If you don't please your boss with talks, you can't lead anywhere. Your job performance doesn't matter. Some new people and management are nice. But, older people just don't want to change or accept new things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Some good strategies and exciting initiatives in the pipeline but add more workforce to implement those. Be more open in communication

    Pros

    We get to meet different people, and catch 22 - LEARN TO EXPERIENCE STRESS FIRST HAND.

    Cons

    How do you expect Managers/MTs to make or increase their sales numbers if;

    A – They spend a lot of time going to pick up or return customers?
    B – They spend a lot of time picking vehicles from customers or taking them to them?
    C – They spend a lot of time going to pick up vehicles from distribution points or returning them there?
    D – They spend a lot of time cleaning vehicles?

    If only the big wigs could lend a hand and help the employees at the bottom of the chain get up, Hertz as a company could easily grow faster and make more profit. This cannot be done, however, when you tie one hand of your employee behind his or her back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pull your heads out of your rear ends for once, quit being so cheap and stupid, and hire more MTs, VSA’s, plus drivers to help the HLEs grow and succeed.
