Only good for benefits, not a career.

Pros

Good benefits, and that's really it. Company vehicle ad vacation.

Cons

There is no company culture. High turnover within the sales team. Hertz doesn't know what work life balance means. Very demanding job. You wear many hats, quite stressful when there is not a key focus.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revert back to how the sales organization structure was before 2008.

    Time off. Any time away from the office is a plus!

    Manages are overworked and under appreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Branch level employees are not under the impression that Corporate has any idea of how hard they work day in and day out. Aggressive goals are stressed and forced upon managers, however, when accomplished and exceeded, there is no immediate reward. Bonus structures are always changing in a way that benefits Corporate rather than truly rewarding the efforts of the managers.
