I worked at Hertz full-time (less than a year)

Pros

MT to ABM in 4 months.

Cons

Rapid promotions are because the job sucks. I was the assistant branch manager of a branch that grossed over $2 million in revenue a year. I made $11.79/hr. See the problem here? They expect you to give everything you got, including your first born.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the tools needed to those that actually get the job done. Telling customers we have cars when that is a flat lie is absurd.

    I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible schedule. Good pay for the work. I get to drive lots of cars. Very good benefits.

    Cons

    Upper management issues. Policies change without notifying the customers. Sometimes I don't get the support necessary to solve problems.

    Get back to the counter once in awhile; you're out of touch.

    Pros

    hours are good, overtime helps

    Cons

    never enough cars, no help from upper management, poor communication, too high of standards to sell insurance at a high price to people that have insurance, sales policies change, no penetration with insurance companies(enterprise has it locked down)
