Overtime made the job worth it

I worked at Hertz

Pros

The job is pretty easy and there was quite a bit of overtime available.

Cons

Low pay with little to no opportunity to make more more.
Sales and Service associate and Manager Trainee make the same amount, yet the latter asks for a degree.
Took away good bonus incentives.
Upper management refused to hire more people even though our branch was very under staffed.

I worked at Hertz as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

None that I can really think of

    Cons

Everyone in middle management is very unorganized and pretty unhelpful when it comes to getting the store you work at cars when they are need to satisfy customers. Of course this is more of a logistical problem but that was a constant problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help your stores so they can do better and both your workers and customers are happy!
