Overtime made the job worth it

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe job is pretty easy and there was quite a bit of overtime available.

ConsLow pay with little to no opportunity to make more more.
Sales and Service associate and Manager Trainee make the same amount, yet the latter asks for a degree.
Took away good bonus incentives.
Upper management refused to hire more people even though our branch was very under staffed.

    Nothing special

Management Trainee (Former Employee) Great Neck, NY

I worked at Hertz as an intern for less than a year

Pros: None that I can really think of Cons: Everyone in middle management is very unorganized and pretty unhelpful when it comes to getting the store you work at cars… Advice to Senior Management: Help your stores so they can do better and both… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
