Pros

-Company had decent benefits such as: dental, vision, and health -Experience with working with customers over the phone/in person, body shops, and other branches -Drive any car you like while working -Able to learn back office giving you the ability to work behind the scenes -Paid weekly -Bonus + commission -Overtime pay

Cons

-Long working hours, generally 50+ hours/week. Mon-Fri open to close and frequently Sat -Dealing with difficult customers -Pay is not great in relationship to the amount of hours worked

Advice to Management

-Avoid all of the long working hours because it drains the employees energy -Work environment was not comfortable to the amount of work produced -Breaks and lunches were not monitored. Often times worked 10 hours a day with only a 1 hour lunch break

    Pros

    Good discounts on used and new cars. Health benefits are ok.

    Cons

    Be prepared to be on call 24/7. Work/life balance is extremely poor. Senior management is disconnected from the rest of the company and will do anything to max out their bonuses. This includes cutting out employee perks and training. Unrealistic targets are set, which creates a lot of finger pointing and dog eat dog environment.

    Advice to Management

    Stop cutting out employee perks and benefits for your own personal gain. Also, stop encouraging employees to leave positive feedback on this website to get the company off the "Top 5 worst companies to work for". That should come through your actions, not your manipulation.
