“Good company to work for”
Current Employee – been working at Hertz full-time
Pros – Provides employees with opportunities to grow, significant benefits (fitness center, cafeteria), several opportunities to learn more about different areas of the company and a decent work/life balance.
Cons – Projects aren't completed to their fullest potential because of resource limitations.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees and work on lifting employee morale.
