I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

High energy, career oriented, challenging, positive work environment.
Hard working people considering a "career" rather than just a job will have numerous opportunities to advance thier career and earnings.

    Cons

As a public company the end of quarters and the end of the year can become chaotic. I'm not sure this differs much from other publically traded companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider minor adjustments in staffing levels in some markets to relieve some of the pressure on existing staff and management. Be cautious of "burn out" pace.
