    Team oriented atmosphere with a constant drive towards improvement and success. Very exciting place to work. Management is focused on goals, customer service and making sure that both employees and their customers have a very positive experience. Constant improvement keeps Hertz #1, ahead of the competition and involving the employees and customer for ideas/suggestions for long term success. No better place to work!

    It is an absolute breath of fresh air to be employed by a company that promotes based on achievment. Working for Hertz allows the ambitious, results oriented professional to thrive. This culture nutures "Outside of the Box" solution based thinking. The opportunities are abound and obtainable.

    Continous Changing of the bonus structure that is already too complicated and at times confusing.
