I worked at Hertz full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Company car, freedom to just drive off site if you need a breather

Cons

Long hours (minimum 9 hours per shift), no sick days, definitely no recognition for a job well done

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be realistic with your expectations of managers and take into account the happiness of all staff

    Claim office, good pay, good benefits and good hours

    Cons

    Upper Management is disconnected, and is allowing the finance department to run the claims process
