    Pros

    Competition helps drive production and results. Lots of interaction with the public and bussiness partners. Fast advancement opportunites available. Great benifits package.

    Cons

    Can get stressful at times. Hours can be long. Starting bonus structure is weak. Some of the people issues can be frustrating.

    Pros

    Very good chances to move up to Branch Manager within the first year of working, at which point you get a free car, free gas, and bonus potential. Great experience to run your own business with the support of the corporation. Lots of chances for recognition within the area and territory.

    Cons

    Physically can be tiring but it makes the day go by fast, quick-changing compensation plan.
