    Pros

    If you want to make more money then HERTZ is the place for you. This is a performance based company and rewards the best people for the job. I love it because it is not based on seniority when it comes to promotions. It is based on who gets the job done best. If you Increase Your Performance then You Increase Your Pay. What more could you ask for??????????

    Cons

    NONE I can think of that are exclusive to Hertz. You get cons with all jobs and they are normally the same. Focus on what you gain not what you lose.

    Keep pushing Growth. We welcome all insurance and corporate partner relationships.
