Hertz – “Great people, great company”

Pros

You reap what you sow. It's a performance-based culture where hard work is rewarded. The company went through a real rough spell over the past 18 months and employees paid the price. But the tides are really turning.

I feel like the CEO and the management team are doing a great job. There's been a lot of change, which is hard, but it's all for the good of the company and its employees. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Hertz.
