Pros

There is so much knowledge that can be gained from this company. It's fast paced, which means you never have a boring moment. This is one of the best companies to build and grow your career growth.

Cons

This is a customer service business and sometimes you have some unhappy customers some w/in your control others are not. Other than that a great experience.

Advice to Management

Love the positive and helpful upper management. Sarka is an amazing Area manger and has a lot of knowledge to be gained by the new employees.

    Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for career growth. The company generally promotes from within, and the company is growing so new opportunities are constantly presenting themselves. The pay is also good, as you are paid a base salary, along with bonuses that are based on your selling abilities as well as your branch's growth (for off-airport locations). There are no caps on these bonuses, so your earning potential is essentially unlimited. The benefits are great too. As a manager, you are a take home car, which consists of one of the rentals off the lot. So you constantly get to drive and experience new cars and what they have to offer. Gas and insurance is also covered.

    Cons

The only con I have is that long hours are common; you can expect to work 50-60 hours a week, including Saturdays and sometimes Sundays.

    Advice to Management

    None at this time.

    Pros

Great way to challenge yourself daily. A continuous learning experience for those right out of your academic career. For the ambitious type seeker.

    Cons

Extensive hours to accommodate demand. It is a very competitive enviroment for achieving goals. Limited fleet becomes an issue at times. You need to know how to manage a fleet to accommodated every necessity.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to customer needs.
