I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Very good job security, lot of people at my location have been here several years. The money is very good, good benefits.

Cons

Hertz is very short staffed. The hours are long, and the work is not easy. There needs to be more people hired.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management needs to be in touch with the people on the front lines. Get to know some
of your front line workers. Learn what works in the real world, not just what is on paper.

    Pros

    This career is anything but boring with endless oppurtunities! It is an amazing place to develop and grow with a clearly defined career path. The company has strong culture and values and the team work within the company is extraordinary.

    Cons

    Sometimes the hours are long, but at least the hours can be flexible. Management works with scheduling needs and adequate compensation is provided for the long hours.
