Pros

flexible schedule, plenty of autonomy

Cons

stifling atmosphere, ignorant direct management, massive company extremely slow to change, no upward mobility, below average pay, management lives in a world of platitudes and catchphrases.

Advice to Management

listen closely to the employees and act for their benefit - and they will then act for yours.

    Pros

    Got to drive company car.

    Cons

    No assistance from management. Management never available when needed. Forced overtime at last minute or employees are automatically terminated. No loyalty to employees.

    Advice to Management

    Do not mislead and lie to employees and customers. End forced overtime policy.

    Pros

    Great benefits. Good experience for the future.

    Cons

    Very few trustworthy co-workers. Everyone seems to be out for themselves. Leadership at the top is non-existent. The company does not appear to have a direction, or at least it is not communicated well at all. A majority of fleet is hard to access. The service department is HORRIBLE. In most cases, there is no incentive to help others. The customers are not a priority, revenue is. That is apparent with all of the extra charges that are pushed by the upper managers. Upper management is from the rental car industry, thus creating a large disconnect with the customer base and front-line employees.

    Advice to Management

    Talk to the dissatisfied customers. Follow through with one good plan instead of doing 20 poorly executed plans. Meet more employees in person.
