Pros

commission can be made, it's pretty tough to do and can make you feel down on yourself.

Cons

where to start?!
Little Pay, commissions payouts are tough to meet, work environment can be hostile depending on management style. Require a college degree but doesn't pay at a competitive level. Benefits are horrible.

Advice to Management

better pay, better treatment, follow through with contest giveaways and recognize employees more.

    Pros

In Mobile, Al, as a Sales Representative you get to work from home.

    Cons

Attendance Policy, Hard to change schedule, Occurrence system, High Call Volume, Mandatory Overtime, Vacation Days hard to get and based on call flow and seniority. Everything is a numbers game, you may be on top one month, and be fussed at the next. Overpriced. No interaction with fellow employees except for during team huddles.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the challenges of the reps, and I believe TPL's should take calls once a month for a full day, because they are coaching, but have somehow Forgotten what it's like to take calls and the new challenges the reps face.

    Pros

Stable employment in a questionable economy. Normal hours of operation.

    Cons

Impossible goal-setting, minimal infrastructure, divisionist mentality, and total disorganization.

    Advice to Management

Err on the side of caution and allow local branches to track reservation build and offsell situations. Support your employees and listen to their concerns when they are raised instead of belittling them for not hitting unattainable goals.
