    Pros

Good Coworkers, you better like them, you see them more than you family.

    Cons

Pay, Unrealistic expectations, Cheaters get promoted, Not rewarded for hard work, Bonus structure doesn't pay you for what you earn, last minute booking with no cars, management only cares about bottom line NOTHING else

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give local BM more control

I worked at Hertz full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

A paycheck, benefits were decent, didn't have to commute to and from work

    Cons

Where do I start? Definitely was not flexible. My shift was from 2:30-10 pm. My son missed the bus after school so I called operations and was told that if I didn't want an occurrence, I'd have to post my remaining shift on the trade board for someone else to pick up. Needless to say I picked up my child.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more flexible, everyone is not a liar.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
