Pros

no pros for this company its rated one of the worst companies to work for !, you think that you have a job but the fact is you are over worked, low pay for this kind of multitasking job. don't waste your time. they will try to make a good picture about it. But once you go inside and begin its horrible.

Cons

low pay, long hours, bad management, bad training. I worked as branch manager trainee for almost a month and it was horrible !, they treat the employee like a slave !, specially in this position the branch manager trainee. you wash cars with a a tie ! yes sir thats true , and you make sales too. its one of the worst companies to work for by msn money and yahoo finance. if you have a degree don't even think about it!

Advice to Management

be more organized, treat your employees like your customers, not like slaves!!

    Pros

Solid benefits package, lots of in-office parties

    Cons

You'll be up for a promotion only when someone leaves the company or retires, and this is at a company where many careers last 20 - 30 years. Expect to work weekends often. Dress code!

    Advice to Management

Provide more training to entry level employees, set out career paths in order to keep talent. Promote more often than every ten years.

    Pros

Has offered me the flexibility to do things outside of work that I enjoy

    Cons

Ridged management style. Audit department has far too much power and creates a culture of fear
