Worldwide setup. Opportunity to change jobs withour leaving the company due to the diverse nature of business, from computing to printing and consultancy to services

Cons

Focus on cost-cutting by previous CEO to bare bone structure. Even the physical work environment got compromised

Time to engage and make good the HP values, don't just say, need to deliver.

    Great people, great legacy, great technology, unmatched scope and scale.

    Cons

    Rigid and inflexible compensation structure for top performers, essentially encouraged by management to grow outside the company as well as within.

    Identify your future leaders and recognise their value to the organisation. Take a realistic market driven perspective on the salaries paid, and aim to inculcate loyalty not only in sentiment and words but in tangibles.
