    Pros

Company has good reputation despite recent beating it has taken. Most depts allow employees to work remotely. Work life balance is good as managers respect need to spend time with family.

    Cons

Things move slowly and has to go thru a chain of long process/people. As company is too big, its hard to find the right person or team that can do the job for you. Everybody seem to know just their little bit.
