    I worked at Hewlett-Packard

    Pros

Technical exposure to different projects scope of clients, ability to get trainings on upcoming technologies. HP seemed willing to stay on the forefront of certain technologies, and they wouldn't hesitate to train you on relevant skills.

    Cons

The salary wasn't on par for an experienced employee. Raises and bonuses were unevenly distributed, and it wasn extremely intense work environment. Ultimately it seems that HP thought the parts of the machine might be interchangeable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay to keep your top talent. Else they will leave, as their technical skills are highly sought after. Be willing to train your employees, but when the workload increases, and you try to cut costs, pay to keep them happy.
