It was a good learning experience for multilayered communication in a large company.

Financial Analyst (Former Employee)

ProsBranding, it gives you credibility for your next job search. It has a lot of continuing education programs for direct hires. You have the ability to work remotely. There are a lot of talented coworkers.

ConsThe office space it compact and cluttered. The company culture does not promote a great deal of personal interaction and may be viewed as slacker behavior to talk to coworkers. There is little training time- you need to jump in and figure things out for yourself.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer more opportunities for face-to-face interaction. It promotes a higher level of information exchange. Social media tools does not replace real "water cooler" discussions.
